Car Insurance Infiniti (Car Insurance). i got a 2000 grand prix supercharger?i got a 2000 grand prix supercharger? when it happened drove home from work,,came into house,2 hrs later i started it up in 5 seconds it kept dying,tried this a few times same deal..i called a friend he said sounded like the fuel pump..i Google it..i thought more towards the fuel pressure regulator..pain 55.00 for 1 today..put it on..drove great till motor got warm then started dying again..so im stunned i no all the older cars what it be,,but getting warm and dying one on me!!!!i may have to tow to get a diagnoses75.00 for that..i like to see if anyone would no why only when the motor gets warm..ive considered lot of problems.like the power packs on module,,injectors,,but it sounds way out there even a relay..but the engine light isn't on..so tells me its not electric problem HELP PLEASE Let me get this straight, it will start ... it just won't idle correctly? If that is what it is doing , it may be as simple as the idle air control (IAC) not working correctly or possibly a dirty mass air flow (MAF) sensor. Now just because the check engine light is not on , doesn't mean that it is not electrical... it just means that the computer (PCM) hasn't seen enough failure to throw that light on and set a code. While reversing into a driveway the front bumper of my 2007 audi a6 was ripped off. i looks like some of the plastic connecting pieces are broken. The grill on the front was also attached to the bumper and is hanging off too. it does not look like any for the electrical parts in the car had any damage done to them. the other side of the bumper that did not make contact with the curb is still connected. How to Replace the Rear Bushings on a MustangClassic Mustangs relied on rubber bushings to hold the back of the leaf springs securely against the frame of the car and to minimize road noise. The bushings are located with the shackles at the back of each leaf spring. Although effective, the bushings eventually crack and produce a squeaking noise. Replacing the bushings is a straightforward task, but the shackles must first be removed. Difficulty:Moderate Instructions Things You'll Need Jack 2 jack stands Wrench Step by Step : 1 Position the lift point of a jack directly underneath the center of the differential, then raise the Mustang with the jack until both rear tires lift off the ground. 2 Place a single jack stand underneath each frame rail, then lower the Mustang onto the stands with the jack. 3 Raise the lift point of the jack until it rests securely against the bottom of the differential. (The jack is all that will support the differential when the rear bushings are replaced.) 4 Remove the rear shackles from the back of each leaf spring. One half of each shackle fits against the side of its leaf spring. The two shackle halves are connected with two bolt and nut combinations; one located at the top of the shackle assembly and one at the bottom. Remove both nuts with a wrench, then pull the two shackle halves apart. 5 Slide the old bushings off each shackle assembly, then slide the new bushings onto the assembly. 6 Place each shackle half against the side of the assembly's leaf spring, then secure the assembly in place with the two nuts using the wrench. 7 Raise the Mustang with the jack until the car lifts off the jack stands, then pull the jack stands away from the frame rails and lower the Mustang to the ground.

If the vehicle bounces up and down more than one or two times, the shocks or struts will need to be replaced on that end of the vehicle. 3 Use a flashlight and inspect the strut or shock housings, mounts, and bushings behind all four wheels. Any shocks or struts that have worn bushings or fluid leaking from the housings need to be replaced, and any broken mounts need to be fixed or replaced. 4 Replace worn shocks or struts with vehicle manufacturer-approved units to maintain proper ride comfort and handling capability. Purchase heavy-duty performance shocks to increase the handling capability of the vehicle if desired. Tips & Warnings Purchase struts for the front or rear in pairs, as this will ensure even wear and performance on both sides of the vehicle. Use the proper tools needed to perform strut removals or installations as failure to do so will increase the chances of vehicle damage or personal injury.
